What’s in a name – well everything in our case
Darren Wass, founder of Badgerwass Homes, builds homes for the discerning; much in the same way that a Badger builds the very best homes within the animal kingdom. The Badger builds in the country, so do Badgerwass Homes. In fact not only do Badgerwass Homes build some of the most desirable homes in North Yorkshire they also work in conjunction with top local architects to ensure the very best in design whilst maintaining traditional style.
Badgerwass Homes are based in West Tanfield, close to the market towns of Ripon, Bedale and Masham. We have a strong connection with the history and future development of rural villages in this area. We specialise in complete renovations, barn conversions and new build houses. However, we will only engage in those projects that we are proud to be associated with.
Background
We pride ourselves on traditional skills and unlike many local house builders we have the craftsmen to more than fulfil our clients dreams. Furthermore, we don’t just leave it to chance that local suppliers will be available for the supply of bespoke items such as staircases, windows and doors. We invest in their businesses to ensure the continuity of supply and a better quality product for all our customers.
We have a passion for creating designs that suit the character of an individual but also and most importantly the building itself and the local surroundings. Working within the local countryside we recognise our National Heritage and always work to minimise the impact we have on the local environment.
